Resumen

La programación infantil y la robótica educativa han adquirido relevancia dentro de la alfabetización digital y el pensamiento computacional. Sin embargo, su implementación temprana también plantea desafíos relacionados con desarrollo cognitivo, regulación emocional y sobreestimulación tecnológica. El presente artículo teórico analiza la introducción de programación y robótica educativa desde una perspectiva neuropsicológica y pedagógica, mediante una revisión narrativa de literatura científica sobre pensamiento computacional, funciones ejecutivas, motricidad fina y aprendizaje mediado por tecnología. El análisis sugiere que la programación infantil puede favorecer habilidades cognitivas, creatividad y resolución de problemas cuando se implementa mediante experiencias acordes con el desarrollo infantil y acompañamiento pedagógico adecuado. Se concluye que la programación infantil no debe reducirse al uso temprano de dispositivos digitales, sino entenderse como una experiencia formativa integral compatible con el bienestar y desarrollo de niñas, niños y adolescentes.
